Here you will find tales of our 2006 winter New Zealand adventure. It's Brooke's first time to the southern hemisphere and Mikes first time to the other side of the globe. Together we will do our darndest to revel in the beauty of New Zealand's great outdoors, and to taste the finest microbrews that we can track down! Forward and downward to New Zealand! Also keep an eye out for our 2007 winter road trip, with the newest member of our family; Paddy the big yellow dog.
We spent a rainy day driving up to Milford Sound. We almost skipped it because of the weather, but our friend Fritz convinced us to go and we are so glad we did. Even with the clouds the views were incredible! Very majestic and well worth the drive.

Hi you two...sounds like you are having a great time. Hope your car troubles are behind you. I would have convinced you to go to Milford Sound and I am glad your friend Fritz did. That is something you don't want to miss.
